I partnered with Beacon Lighting over several years, delivering eCommerce, web, and digital design solutions. My work centred on improving UX and increasing online conversion across retail and trade channels. I was also a core liaison during Beacon Lighting's platform migration from Magento to CommerceTools, combining strategic insight with creative delivery to support a smooth transition.
Since the beginning of my partnership with Beacon Lighting, their CMS management, website processes, and design strategy have matured significantly, contributing to the company's highest levels of online sales across both retail and trade channels. While delivering these short-term improvements, the project also placed strong emphasis on future readiness through the planned transition to CommerceTools. A key goal was to ensure website traffic, SEO performance, and sales continuity were maintained throughout and beyond the platform migration.
